Venum training camp is one of the newer Muay Thai Gyms In Pattaya after opening its doors 2014. The gym is one of the most modern gyms in Thailand, and offers a range of martial arts alongside Thai Boxing.

Venum training camp has world-class trainers teaching the specific martial arts. The gym is located in the suburbs of Pattaya, 30 minutes away from the city centre. The location is perfect for fighters to focus on training without the distractions of Pattaya.

Venum training camp puts emphasis on cross-training. The camp welcomes athletes of all levels from beginners to professional fighters.

3. SITYODTONG MUAY THAI PATTAYA

Sityodtong was founded by the legendary Yodtong Senanan. Yodtong was awarded an award by the Thai Royal family, for his contribution to Muay Thai. Over the years Sityodtong has produced over 50 champions, making it one of the most successful Muay Thai gyms in Thailand.

Two of the most famous fighters from Sityodtong are brothers Samarat Payakaroon (4x Lumpinee champion) and Kongtoranee Payakaroon (5x Lumpinee champion).

The training at Sityodtong is typical for a Thai gyms. It begins with an optional run, followed by skipping and bag work. A trainer will then pull you for pad work rounds. Clinching and sparring is optional for experienced fighters.

4. WARRIORS MUAY THAI GYM PATTAYA

Warriors Muay Thai Gym in Pattaya is one of the newer gyms on this list. The gym is owned by Yannick Penquer and opened its doors in 2017.

The gym has a prime location in Pattaya. It’s located 500m from the beach, and a short walk away from Thetprasit night market. If you are looking to train in the centre of Pattaya, then Warriors Muay Thai is a great option. The gym is suitable for both beginners and experienced Muay Thai fighters.

Sitpholek has a stable of accomplished fighters including Wanlop Sitpholek and Leonard Sitpholek. The gym is very active on the regional circuit in Pattaya, so it’s a good option for Nak Muay looking to fight in Thailand.

7. SOR KLINMEE MUAY THAI GYM

Sor Klinmee Muay Thai Gym is owned and run by former Rajadamnern (and channel 7) champion Mit Klimnee. The gym is one of the most established gyms in Pattaya, and is popular with both foreign and Thai fighters.

Mit Klimnee is the uncle of famous fighters Sudsakorn Sor Klinmee and Rambaa Somdet. Both are regular visitors to the gym.
