On offer is a four-kilometre stretch of beach and masses of action-packed fun along Pattaya Beach. Stretch out on your deckchair and select fruit from a passing vendor. Have a massage, soak up the sun, watch an exhilarating banana boat ride.
Outdoor sports like parasailing skydiving tennis and golf are available too. If you've had too much sun, try indoor sports like snooker and bowling at PS Bowling Pattaya, blow off some steam at a shooting range, or go for a massage.

1. PARASAILING

Parasailing in Pattaya is an extremely popular way to enjoy a unique view of the beach, as well as getting your pulse racing and adrenaline flowing as you scud across the sky, occasionally plummeting into the sea only to be wrenched up into the air once again. With prices starting at about 600 baht for thrill-packed minutes, it is also a fairly cheap activity in Pattaya.

2. SKY DIVING

Thai Sky Adventures is one of only two skydiving drop zones in Thailand, the other being way up in the rural northeast of the country, close to the Laos border. Situated about 40-minutes’ drive north of Pattaya, Thai Sky Adventures offers tandem jumps for beginners who just want to experience the thrill of freefall, as well as courses and solo jumps for those able to produce a license and logbook.
A tandem skydive at Thai Sky Adventures costs 10,950 baht per person, though the price does drop slightly if you book as part of a bigger group. That buys you a 20-minute scenic flight up to 13,000 feet, a 60-second freefall back down to 5,000 feet and then about 5 minutes safely drifting back down to the ground. How long you will need to wait for your turn depends on how many other jumpers there are that day and whether or not you booked in advance.
For those already qualified and using their own gear, jump tickets start from just 750 baht to jump from up to 5,500 feet. You can jump from over 9,000 feet for 950 baht and over 11,000 feet for 1,100 baht. Round trip transfer by minibus from Pattaya North Road Bus Station is available.

3. TIFFANY'S SHOOTING RANGE

Shooting a few rounds in the safety of an indoor range is an exhilarating activity to really blow off some steam, and at Tiffany’s Shooting Range, they have a selection of weapons, friendly instructors and a clear ‘all-in-one’ pricing structure. Open to both beginners and experienced gun owners over 18 years old, Tiffany’s Shooting Range is easy to find on Pattaya 2nd Road, just a few metres before the Dolphin Roundabout in North Pattaya.

4. TENNIS

5. WATER CABLE SKI

As windsurfing, paragliding and banana-boating are definite givens on Pattaya and Jomtien Beaches, why not go for something slightly different but equally exhilarating? Considered safer than being towed behind a speedboat in the open sea, cable skiing has become increasingly popular. At Pattaya Lakeland Water Cable Ski, you can take lessons or practice your techniques in a large, scenic freshwater lake.

6. OCEAN MARINA YACHT CLUB

Ocean Marina Yacht Club near Pattaya is among the largest marinas in Asia, with plans for continued growth as the 380 floating berths fill up. It is also home to a four-star hotel, a luxury condo development, daily tours and excursions and a number of popular events.
Located about 10 km south of Pattaya, its distinctive twin towers are impossible to miss on the western side of Sukhumvit Road. The northern tower is home to the Ocean Portofino condominium while the southern one is the hotel, which boasts indoor and outdoor pools, a choice of fine dining restaurants and bars, grand meeting/banquet rooms and 51 high-quality nautical-themed guestrooms.
Ocean Marina Yacht Club is the home port for a large number of boat charter and cruise trip companies, including the unique Admirallica pirate-themed cruise. This and the other Island Cruises in Pattaya take full advantage of the ideal location of the marina, which is conveniently close to some of the most stunning tropical islands around. Prices for trips vary from company to company. The marina itself owns five yachts, which are available for private charter and range from a 26-foot catamaran up to a 48-foot luxury motor yacht
The marina is particularly popular for sailing as the nearby sea conditions are close to perfect all year, with consistent winds and few big waves.
While Ocean Marina Yacht Club hosts minor sailing races throughout the year (at least one every month), there are two major events to look out for. The Top of the Gulf Regatta in early-May is the only mutli-class sailing event in Southeast Asia and sees the marina filled with keelboats, ocean multihulls, one-design Platus, beach catamarans, dinghies and Optimisits. The Ocean Marina Pattaya Boat Show in late-November features over 18,500 sqm of exhibition space devoted to luxury lifestyle products.

7. BALI HAI PIER
Landmarks-
Bali Hai Pier – commonly known as Pattaya Pier – is a central feature of the city, located at the end of Walking Street, near the southernmost point of Pattaya Bay. It is a hive of activity, with endless day-trippers on the way to the nearby Coral Island (Koh Larn), as well as scuba divers, fishing enthusiasts and even private charter boat trips setting off or returning to dry land.
The area around Pattaya Pier – known as Bali Hai Plaza – is an attraction in itself. It particularly comes alive in the evenings, when it is partially illuminated by the huge Pattaya City sign. The plaza is home to a couple of restaurants and a nightclub complex housing Mixx Discotheque and LimaLima, just by the bottom end of Pattaya Walking Street.

8. CENTRAL FESTIVAL
Shopping & Retail-
The tallest, most prominent building on Pattaya Beach Road, Central Festival Pattaya has been extremely popular as a place to shop, eat and hang out in the city since it opened in 2009. The mall itself is comprised of 313 stores and services across seven floors, with the rest of the building being the Hilton Hotel Pattaya.

9. WAT CHAIMONGKOL
History & Culture-
The hub of many cultural and religious events in Pattaya, Wat Chaimongkol is a grand royal temple facility at the end of South Pattaya Road. Its colourful, exotic buildings house, among other venerated images, a standing Buddha statue found amongst 350-year-old ruins in Ayutthaya; the extensive parking space is home to a bustling market on special days, making it a great shopping and cultural attraction. Foreign visitors are welcome to share in celebrating the Buddhist holidays scattered throughout the year, which is the best way to experience the fascinating Buddhist culture.

8. PS BOWLING

Located on the second road, P.S. Bowling boasts the largest bowling centre in the region. It features 32 bowling lanes with international standard facilities as well as a vast range of other services, including spa and massage, café and restaurant.
