Located on soi 4 Maenam which hosts 'walking street' a weekly market every Thursday evening, The Southern bar, popular with locals, ex-pats and tourists alike, is a well established cozy bar to enjoy a drink and relax with friends.

The Southern is famed for its retro feel interior and music policy which gives the place a unique atmosphere, the walls and cabinets exhibit motorcycle memorabilia and antiquities, there's classic car and bike shows on the flat screen TV, as well as live sport by request, free wifi for customers and a comfortable outdoor seating area at the front of the building.

Happy hour is 5pm - 7pm weekdays with the excepton of Thursdays when it is extended for the 'walking street' nightmarket, also on Sunday which is currently open for the MOTOGP LIVE!

THURSDAY IS HAPPY HOUR ALL NIGHT FROM 4PM

Southern Bar is an ideal spot to put your feet up after browsing round the stalls at the weekly night market. You can also enjoy 'Happy Hour ' from 4pm-close, local beers 60 baht, Chillian wine 100 baht a glass, or choose an alcoholic even a non-alcoholic cocktail 100 baht from the Southern's extensive drinks menu.

The Southern is one of the few bars in the area showing the MOTOGP 2020 also with a happy hour from 3pm till close.
